Dream recipe posts are essentially advertisements for my products. I commit to limiting this marketing push to once a week and suggest that if you're not interested, you ignore these posts entirely, as I do with so much advertisement that comes my way on the internet. I value my readers' time and attention, so I will never market to you without your permission. Please let me know in the comments or privately if you feel this information could be presented in a more helpful way.
How it works: If you value my work and are feeling generous, you can contribute to have any of these recipes made and help me grow my recipe library. Alternatively, you can opt for a 1-on-1 cooking lesson to learn how to make the recipe. I am also open to taking on business sponsorship in this space, if you have a business you would like to market in these posts, please let me know.
Generally, I use conventional products that are processed and cooked in a kitchen that handles meat, dairy, and peanuts. If you have special dietary requirements, such as being gluten-free, vegan, halal, kosher, or have a food allergy, I may be able to accommodate your request, but prices may vary.
If you choose to sponsor or learn, the results are yours for free. You can also gift them to a friend or organization.
Brined & Roasted Chicken - When you get rotisserie or restaurant chicken, the great flavor is due to brining. Brining infuses the flesh with flavor from salt and aromatics in the brine. Using the right technique for roasting ensures crispy skin. You can also cook the chicken without brining for a simpler dish. Don't miss this delicious roasted chicken recipe!
Shrimp Fried Rice - Delicious fried rice has an unctuous flavor that is hearty and full of umami. The combination of carbs, egg, and fat combine to create a flavor and texture that is unique to fried rice. Good fried rice should be salty and have crispy, browned bits. Most recipes require rice made the day before. However, I have a trick that yields results almost as good.
Caramel Miso Oat Bars - These Caramel Miso Bars are the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and umami flavors. The crunchy oats provide a delightful contrast to the creamy caramel, making these bars a truly unique treat. Enjoy them on their own or top them with ice cream for a delicious dessert that will surely satisfy any sweet tooth.
Fruit Pies W/ Flaky Pie Crust - What can you say about pie that hasn't already been said? You all know what a pie is, so at a certain level this writing is just filler. I love making them, and I think my crust is 90% of the way there. Let's make one together and get it all the way there. I've listed cherries and apples as the fruits, but we can go in any direction you'd like. Or, if you prefer, we could even make a cream pie. We'll have pies for days!
Fine Print: If you purchase either product, you are paying for my expenses and labor, not the product itself. Shipping and or delivery is not included. All prices presented here are accurate as of the time of posting but subject to market influences. I reserve the right to substitute items in the final dish for products I have on hand or products from other sources. In most cases, I will honor the prices here for 30 days from the time of publishing, but may elect for any reason or no reason at all to refund your money and decline the opportunity for sponsorship or teaching at my discretion.
